About Me
This isn’t a wellness blog written by someone who has it all figured out.
I work a demanding 9–5. I was drinking energy drinks just to get through the day. I was sleeping 7–8 hours a night and waking up more tired than when I went to bed — sometimes getting up three times just to use the bathroom. I had low energy, no answers, and a lot of frustration.
Sound familiar?
I got an Oura Ring. I started tracking my sleep data in a Google Sheet. I cut energy drinks. I cleaned up what I was eating and when. And slowly — not overnight — things started to shift.
I didn’t find a magic fix. I found a process. And I realized there was almost no content out there written for a regular working guy going through exactly this. Most sleep and wellness content is either too clinical, aimed at athletes, or written for women. The guy working a hard job, stressed about money, trying to show up for his life — he’s kind of on his own.
So I started writing it myself.
InnermanGuide exists for the man who knows something needs to change — but doesn’t know where to start. You start here. You start with sleep. And we build from there.
Sleep is the entry point — because nothing else works when you’re running on empty. But InnermanGuide is really about something bigger: becoming the best version of yourself as a man. That means we’ll go deep on sleep first, and over time expand into every area that matters.
I’m Noah. I’m not a doctor, I’m not a certified sleep coach, and I’m definitely not a biohacker with a $10,000 wellness setup. I’m a regular guy who got tired of being tired — and decided to do something about it and document the whole thing honestly.
I’ve been through relationship pain, financial stress, and years of bad habits I’m still working to undo. I have two cats who I love unconditionally and who have zero respect for my sleep schedule. I’m in a healthy relationship now — with real work and real growth behind it.
I share what I know, what I’ve tried, and what actually moved the needle. When something doesn’t work, I’ll tell you that too.
If you’re a man who wants more energy, better sleep, and a life that actually feels like yours — you’re in the right place.
